Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, (FCIOB), Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, manufactures and Commerce (FRSA), and holds a NEBOSH level 3 Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

Paul has over 40 years experience in the construction industry both in the UK and the Gulf and is widely recognized for his strategic management expertise. He is responsible for the delivery of a number of major projects including the Royal Opera House re-development in London. For the past 15 years Paul has held senior positions with Wimpey/Carillion, including Commercial Director with Wimpey Construction Management and Managing Director of TPS, Carillion’s design and project management business.

Paul has lived in Dubai, with his wife Denise for the past 4 years and is a keen horseman and member of the Arabian Ranches Golf Club.

Paul offers a wealth of construction experience with particular emphasis on major projects. He has and continues to promote early contractor involvement which he passionately believes adds significant value to construction projects.
