Sean Lim - Partner

PaulSean heads up commercial management and cost planning for Connect Consult. A highly skilled and delivery orientated professional, Sean’s attention to detail and exposure to construction projects across multiple sectors enables him to provide strategic commercial planning for large scale projects.

Prior to joining Connect Consult, Sean worked in multi-disciplinary consultancies and major construction companies in the UK and the UAE . Some of the high profile projects he has been involved in include the BBC Broadcasting House in London and the London Olympics 2012 Athletes Village development.

Sean is focusing on review design from a commercial perspective at varying design stages. Building robust change and cost management systems, cost reporting procedures, cost analysis and knowledge sharing.

Sean lives in Dubai. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis and listening to live music. He is a keen traveller with interests include Formula 1 and property investment. Sean’s current interest is to pick up good skiing skills.

He graduated with a quantity surveying degree in the UK and is a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

He recognises the importance of early cost advice particularly to designers during the concept development phases. Helping deliver designs which meet the developers budget without the need for extensive reworking .
